Manulife Place Shopping

Manulife Place is located in the heart of downtown Edmonton between 101st Street and 102nd Street on 102nd Avenue. Recognized as downtown’s leading retail destination and anchored by Holt Renfrew, Manulife Place features the finest selection of specialty shops, services and restaurants exclusive to downtown. For your shopping convenience, our hours of operation are Monday through Wednesday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 5;30 p.m., Thursday and Friday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday (select stores only) Noon to 5 p.m.

 

Fitness and Wellness Centre

The Fitness and Wellness Centre at Manulife, exclusive for Manulife Place tenants. is dedicated to providing a relaxed and comfortable environment where members are encouraged to foster a healthy and active lifestyle through physical activity. The Fitness and Wellness Centre is located on the 3rd Floor of Manulife Place, card access is required. The Center offers a variety of cardiovascular machines, strength stations and includes men’s and women’s change rooms with lockers for temporary use as well as shower facilities and towel service. Conference Center

Manulife Place Conference Centre, located on the 3rd Floor, was designed to satisfy the needs of tenants requiring additional meeting space. Hours of operation are weekdays 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. by advance booking. Three rooms are available accommodating groups from 12 people boardroom style to 140 people theater style. All rooms are equipped with a flip chart, pens, white board and pull-down screens. Additional audio visual equipment is available on a requested basis.

 

Parking

The Building offers a 525 car, 3 level underground parking garage accessed off the east side of 102nd Street south of 102nd Avenue. The garage is accessible to both tenants and their visitors. Monthly parkers may access the garage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using card access. The attended pay station for transient parkers accepts cash, credit cards, and validation tickets. Bicycle Parking

Bicycle racks are located on parking level P1 adjacent to the attended pay booth and is complimentary for both tenants and patrons. Users are required to provide their own locks.
